Welcome to The Mom Method—a nurturing 8-week course designed to support new moms and their babies (0-12 weeks old) as they navigate the early weeks of motherhood together.
Register while pregnant to join a small, tight-knit group of ~10 moms and babies, all at the same stage, forming friendships that will last beyond the series.
Each week, local perinatal experts share guidance on newborn care, postpartum recovery, and maternal well-being, while open, instructor-led discussions create a safe space to share, learn, and feel seen. Plus, you’ll gain access to a larger village of moms, ensuring you always have a community to lean on.
