Welcome to The Mom Method: Infant Course—an 8-week course created for moms and babies ages 3–6 months, designed to support you as you transition out of survival mode and begin building your rhythm in motherhood.
By this stage, many moms expect life to feel more manageable, but when that balance doesn’t come as easily as hoped, it can feel lonely, frustrating, or even defeating. This course offers reassurance, guidance, and connection for the next phase of your journey.
Join a small, supportive group of ~12 moms and babies, all navigating similar challenges and milestones. Weekly sessions include expert-led discussions on topics like introducing solids, baby temperament and sleep patterns, how to play with your baby, music and development, and the foundations of positive discipline. You'll also explore your own identity as a mother and what it means to find balance in this new role.
As always, The Mom Method centers real connection: through open, instructor-led conversations, you’ll feel seen, supported, and empowered, while gaining a village of moms to walk beside you.
The early days were just the beginning—now let’s grow into what’s next, together.
